– I can’t remember the last time I dreamed… I mean naturally before the memories chip implant.

Do I keep playing the victim card because I keep seeing and downloading so many other victims into my system that I can’t escape this fucking maze.. after repeated attempts until eventually, I give in to a false distraction that inputs a pre-existing coping mechanism my conscious mind made up to replace that distant memory of something  safe and pure?

A glass of poison. A time-consuming visual. A monetary duty to keep them constantly in my life numbing the transition into the enslavement of my existence. My memories chip will be upgraded on Monday to a better version of this illusion.
