Background: Vipus is part of a crime syndicate known as the Vith Raiders, which has wreaked havoc on many Markarian planets. Vipus once served in the Galactic Council in battle but was later found to be a traitor for giving strategic offensive positioning away to the enemy. Some believe he is the head of the Vith. He is known for traveling alone on recon missions and has a sister who lives at Outpost 86.
Physical Appearance: Vipus is a burly man with a weathered face and beady eyes. You can’t miss him when he walks into a room wearing his traditional raider attire and smelling like he hasn’t bathed in months.
Personality: Vipus would seem like a half-breed to avoid but he can be quite sociable and in good spirits, especially if he has just made a lot of digital cred from his thievery. He loves his sister and they both like going to Bigbots Casino for extra fun.
Skills and Abilities: Vipus is a thick half-breed with minor cybernetics done. His right hand is something you do not want to get hit by because it packs a robotic blast of charged electric plasma. His ribs have been encased by a type 2 bonding alloy that is hard to break. He wears a shielding band around his head to protect him from damage. Minor cyber fixes with ligament damage from scraps. He is believed to have an arsenal of classified weapons the Vith stole from a Markarian military depot. He is very skilled at getting information and breaking bones.
Criminal Record: Theft, extortion, assault, armed robbery, laundering digital creds, wanted for questioning on numerous crimes, including murder by the Markarian Galactic Council. WARNING: Vipus is under heavy surveillance and is deemed a threat. Do not engage!
