Background: Tomm became in charge of the Outpost 86 mineral depot when his cousin became the Commerce Manager. He retired early with a generous pension from Markarian Galactic Industries when mining an asteroid cluster outside the Markarian galaxy, faulty machinery caused a premature detonation and almost killed him in the accident. The moon/planet on which the outpost is based is rich in minerals including silicates (like pyroxene, olivine, and feldspar), oxides (like ilmenite and spinel), and the mineral armalcolite, along with elements like iron, magnesium, aluminum, titanium and very rare metals. Tomm oversees a vital position because the outpost mining operations contribute a hefty revenue for the Outpost 86 economy. He is currently in a feud with the nefarious Olou over the rights to a small crater that Tomm personally purchased from the Commerce Management but Olou claims it was inherited from his uncle’s will before Tomm’s cousin ever took office. The documents are still under investigation by the Markarian Galactic Council. While it is rumored that Olou is known for fraud, the small crater that contains a rare metal used for hyperspace travel remains untouched.
Physical Appearance: Tomm has a thick mustache and pointy goatee, he has a typical grease monkey look about him and is always wearing his high-tech cranial band when in motion. He always is seen with an exo-cig in his mouth and has calibrated ear mods that are permanent.
Personality: Tomm may come off as somewhat of a tough keep-to-himself personality but he will try to help those who need help, by giving jobs to locals who are down on their luck for example. He can be seen being social at Mesmos Cantina and is known to be very competitive when playing a game of Fenko.
Skills and Abilities: Tomm is an expert at all land terrain and machinery tech involving mining. He was equipped with a cybernetic cranial band that enhances his motion and provides an in-depth look at deep surface dwelling. He has ear mods that keep his equilibrium pristine giving him an advantage at any level of gravitational pull. He has X3 Droidal repairs to his body because of the accident, supposedly the first generation created by the great Dr. Zeboodle but that information is classified according to data records.
Occupation: Tomm is in charge of the Outpost 86 mining depot. He employs 300 half-breeds and a variety of robots at any given operation. His job is highly dangerous and highly respected by those in the community.
