Suicidal Sheep Herder

Suicidal Sheep Herder

Character Description

Adriel is a nightclub promoter and showing signs of wear from the industry he caters to.

Adriel: I feel I have fallen deeper into the trance of Tomfoolery. Disruptive symptoms diagnosis… Liar, extremely aggressive, guilty by suspicion, compulsive consumer, and yes. My favorite… Sociopath.

As I stare from my bed to the bathroom door that hangs slightly crooked from missing a couple of screws on the bottom. I debate getting up and ready for work.

A night of tantalizing the seekers. A night of mischief hmm. Unsettled.

I see the razor as it peers at me.
Just do it, you fucking coward!

Vaguely my options were limited. To be a monster amongst the candy store villains and take my pass from the one they call Civil. Right. Nobody ever remembers the good you do, only the gut-wrenching bad. Poor miserable bastards. Loafing in memories that don’t seem justified.

The show must go on though. Of course.

I slowly get to my feet forced by a relentless feeling of not being able to hold my piss in any longer. I think I’m also missing screws because somewhere in the back of my head I keep faintly hearing a question being asked.

What’s the point?

I ignore it as usual, but the more days and weeks and months and years that go on it seems to be getting louder and stronger and deeper. It keeps adding more evidence to build its case for me to answer it. It is tempting and flirting. It wants to dance, but I’m nervous. It wants me to pick it up, so I don’t touch it. I look at the beard I have grown instead. The razor remains alone. For now.

The fruits of my labor are poisoned. They have fallen to the ground and lay waste. Rotten to the core. Maybe one bite is still edible. One bite… I feel like wearing black tonight, but I chose my gray suit. Dress for success my ass. I fucking hate wearing suits, but I gotta make ends meet.

Nobody would listen effectively if I were dressed in street clothes.
The sheep like a herder who is respectively owing to his appearance. Looking on top of his game. What does this trickster have up his sleeve?

Ladies and gentlemen can I have a brief moment of your time.
Wine and dine. Tonight is your night to live like it was your last.
Great music, dancing, entertainment. The hottest club on earth.
Come one come all. The pitch of a liar.. just smile.

Excuse me. Ladies here are some drink tickets. Your destiny awaits…
Temptation. I remember when I traded my soul. I remember him well. Justice.
