Background: Smots is labeled as a disgraced Markarian adjudicator by the Galactic Council for his extreme ways of passing judgment when handling a judicial case. The locals of Outpost 86 claim the reason his title was taken away was because in most cases he favored the accussed and not the members of the council. He was banished to the outpost never to show his face in the regulated zones of the Markarian Galaxy.
Physical Appearance: Smots is an old grizzly-looking half-breed and has an intimidating aura with his burly size.
Personality: Smots is mainly grumpy and likes to be left alone, unless he is drunk and in most cases picking fights with people from his past when he is inebriated.
Skills and Abilities: Smots is known for his power-packing knuckles that charge up to give a nice zap with the punch being thrown. It is believed he has an indestructible cybernetic heart keeping him alive. Smots has minor enhancements to his muscular frame but nothing of note. His fear tactics are well-known when it comes to negotiating.
Occupation: Smots is a security advisor at Bigbots Hotel & Casino. Mainly, he handles legality on small cases. The job was given to him as a favor by one of the casino investors. Smots got him out of some legal troubles with the Galactic Council when they employed him.
