Background: Rogg is a humanoid ex-Markarian soldier who was discharged for challenging the ethics of intergalactic conflicts of an MGC enhancement program, which recruited rogue space drifters into being basically “test subjects” for black market cybernetic technology, which caused many to not survive the experimental simulations. He was one of the first to undergo classified enhancements. He is barred at Outpost 86, where the Markarian Galactic Council has ruled he is never to leave or face termination.
Physical Appearance: Rogg has fiery red hair. 70 percent of his body is cybernetic with menacing optical eyes.
Personality: Rogg is open to helping others choose a wise path when undergoing enhancements. He suffers from PTSD and has an aggressive vengeful side when the discussion of the Markarian Galactic Council is brought up.
Skills and Abilities: Rogg was deemed a threat by the commerce management and has been pleading with the council to have him relocated. He has a deadman’s switch, which is controlled by the MGC. If he attempts to leave the outpost, he blows up. All enhancements are classified.
Occupation: Rogg collects monthly digi-creds from the Markarian Galactic Council as a retirement package after he was discharged from their ranks. It’s not much so he works part-time at the spaceport fixing crafts.
