Background: Plork pattoned a terraforming technique on his home planet, Heshki, which was primarily composed of fish heads with cybernetic, humanoid physical attributes. Plork became very wealthy, starting a terraforming company called EXPLORK. Considered a space mogul looking to expand Outpost 86 and terraform a beachside water resort on the western part of the plain that is more suitable for sea-faring half-breeds.
Physical Appearance: Plork is part fish and part cybernetic humanoid, modeled after the Poecilia reticulata, also known as the millionfish or guppy. You can see Plork dressing in high-end humanoid fashion with the latest tech digi creds can buy.
Personality: Plork is a scientist first, but a shrewd fish. Plork likes to be surrounded by others of his financial class. Can be rude and demanding.
Skills and Abilities: Plork has a brilliant mind and is capable of creating formulas for artificial life to exist naturally in liquid-based environments, unlike anyone in the galaxy. Plork is heavily modified from the back of the head and neck down with undocumented tech believed to increase his speed, strength, and agility in water, also enhanced telekinetic implants to communicate with all forms of sea life.
Occupation: Plork is currently trying to work out a land deal with the Commerce Management so his company EXPLORK can terraform a beachfront resort.
