Background: Fozzl was raised on the space docks at Outpost 86 and is one of the few who can repair over 5,000 different types of spacecraft. He was found as a child aboard a ship that docked at the outpost 200 years ago, the ship was supposedly registered to the galaxy’s most wanted half-breed Dr. Zeboddle but it was later found that the ship was stolen by a space syndicate called the Mercy, and abandoned at the outpost. Some believe Dr. Zeboddle will return as his ship is still docked and stored in hangar B4 where Fozzl resides. Even though Fozzl doesn’t know his origin he doesn’t believe one of many myths told about the famous doctor.

Physical Appearance:
Fozzl is a humanoid and has neo-fluorescent tattoos, a thick blonde mustache, blonde hair, and neon mustard eyes that glow in certain light. He is usually covered in grease if you see him at the space docks but cleans up well when out in public.

Personality:
Fozzl is well-liked at the outpost not just because he can fix just about anything but because he has a contagious personality, and is very respectful and funny. Not to mention a very popular bachelor.

Skills and Abilities: Fozzl is a highly advanced humanoid, they call him a walking encyclopedia when it comes to anything related to mechanics and engineering. Commerce management reserves the right to keep Fozzl extended programming classified. The speed at which he can solve problems with spacecrafts is known throughout the galaxy.

Occupation: Fozzl works for Outpost 86 and oversees the spaceport and is heavily compensated by the commerce management. He has been an official judge at the Outpost 86 Flight Futures Games where competitors build concept micro space racers and compete in a series of trials ranging from durability to speed. He is also a sponsor of a galaxy-renowned racing team called the Grease Monkeys.

Great news! Outpost 86 master mechanic Fozzl has been selected as a finalist once again for Space Engineer of the Year for the 99th time. Fozzl has won the prestigious award already 72 times and has a chance to break a Markarian Galaxy record!

The winner will be announced in the coming months and broadcasted galactically for the first time at the Markarian Colonial Government headquarters. This year the winner will be given a specialized space utility vehicle which would give Outpost 86 a much-needed addition to our spaceport.
