Background: Etin was raised in a scrapyard facility on Outpost 86 until he eventually took over the place when his father was crushed accidentally by a machine press he was fixing. His father also had a repo business to earn extra credits for his household which Etin excelled in at a young age. When Etin was 18, his right hand got stuck in a ship’s hatch, which he cut off to survive. Being a repo man is very dangerous.
Physical Appearance: Etin is an imposing man and has had many robotic enhancements. He is well known in the Outpost with distinctive menacing facial features, his intense artificial eyes, and his bald scared head. He is always seen with his two tracking companions, a hybrid canine named Shep and a tiger named Kotto.
Personality: Etin is friendly if he knows you are an honest, hard-working person. Usually, if he is seen in public, he is tracking someone or something. You do not want to upset or get in his way when he is tracking a delinquent. He is mostly polite and always tries to help young local Doolees be more honorable.
Skills and Abilities: Etin packs a deadly punch with his M5 Modified Tungsten hand. He was blinded on a retrieval mission and now has cybernetic ocular implants that are military-graded. His skull is made up of sensory plates that can absorb heavy blows. The frame of his body throughout is becoming less and less humanoid with each battle he endures, most of his frame makeup is classified because of donor policy.
Occupation: Etin owns and runs Outpost 86 Recovery Dispatch. He employs a staff of five repo agents. His scrapyard is overseen by his daughter who is an expert mechanic and a cybernetics hobbyist.
