Background: DE-Tec was born an Astari and was kidnapped at three years of age by the elitist cult OHW who were known to drink the blood of Astari children. DE-Tec guardians hired a well-known tracker named Gillio to find their child and he did but couldn’t return the child to his guardians because of the bounties placed on their heads by the elitist cult. Gillio took the child to the safest refuge in the Markarian Galaxy, Outpost 86 where he would be raised by a retired space rounder called Sha Rion.
Physical Appearance: DE-Tec dresses like a space rounder and is always seen smoking a minted vapor. He has been modified heavily with cybernetics but still has prevailing Astari blue skin.
Personality: DE-Tec has a sick sense of humor and can be charming in a deceptive way. He likes to mingle at Beezooo’s Lounge. He is always bailing out Doolee kids who get into trouble and has never given up on who kidnapped him when he was a child.
Skills and Abilities: DE-Tec has hyper-awareness due to his nervous system and most of his brain being modified by an android fusion system constantly evolving. His data recon implants are connected to a thousand star systems giving him access to universal information. He has the agility of a Robotronic Military Droid due to 70% of his body being classified cybernetic technology, bought, and paid for by Commerce Management.
Occupation: The DE-Tec agency takes on high-profile missing persons cases or lost and stolen valuables. It is unusual for DE-Tec to leave the Markarian Galaxy Chain unless the case is close to his heart.
